ADM7150is a low dropout linear regulator that operates from a 4.5 V to 16 V supply with a maximum output current of 800 mA. These devices feature an advanced proprietary architecture that provides high power supply rejection, low noise, and excellent line and load transient response with a 10 μF ceramic output capacitor.
The ADM7150 provides fixed outputs of 1.8 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, 3.3 V, and 5.0 V. The 16 fixed output voltages range from 1.5 V to 5.0 V and are available on request.
The typical output noise of the ADM7150 regulator is 1.0 μVrms (100 Hz to 100 kHz, fixed output voltage), and the noise spectral density above 10 KHz is less than 1.7 nV/√Hz. Available in 8-lead, 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP and 8-lead SOIC packages, the ADM7150 is not only very compact, but also has excellent thermal performance for low-profile, small applications requiring up to 800 mA output current.
