ADM7155 is a linear regulator that operates from a 2.3 V to 5.5 V supply with a maximum output current of 600 mA. The device uses an advanced proprietary architecture that provides high power rejection and ultra-low noise characteristics, and provides excellent line and load transient response performance with a single 10 μF ceramic output capacitor.
ADM7155 has four models that optimize power consumption and PSRR performance based on input and output voltages. The selection guidelines are shown in Tables 9 and 10.
ADM7155 regulators have a typical output noise of 0.9 μV rms (100 Hz to 100 kHz, fixed output voltage) and a noise spectral density of 1.5 nV/√Hz from 10 kHz to 1 MHz. Available in 8-pin, 3 mm x 3 mm LFCSP and 8-pin SOIC packages, ADM7155 are extremely compact and offer excellent thermal performance for thin, small form factor applications requiring up to 600 mA output current.
