    ADP121It is a low quiescent current,Linear regulator with low dropoutThe operating voltage is 2.3 V~5.5 V and the output current is up to 150 mA. The low dropout of only 135 mV at 150 mA helps improve efficiency and allows the device to operate over a wide input voltage range. The low quiescent current of only 30 μA at full load makes it ideal for battery-powered portable devices. The ADP121 offers 16 fixed output voltages over the 1.2 V~3.3 V range. The device is optimized to stabilize with only a small 1 μF ceramic output capacitor Set the job. The ADP121 provides good transient performance in a very small board area, and short-circuit protection and overtemperature protection circuitry prevent damage under adverse conditions. It is available in a small 5-pin TSOT package.
