Product Details:

ADP130是一款低静态电流、Low dropout linear regulator。它可工作在双电源模式下，输入电压能低至1.2V，输出电流高达350 mA。在100 mA 负载下仅有17 mV的低压降，有助于提高效率，使器件在更宽的输入电压范围下工作。

Dual-supply solutions typically improve conversion efficiency compared to single-supply solutions because they can power the device with a higher VBIAS supply and a lower VIN supply to supply current to the load, resulting in lower device power consumption. The ADP130 is optimized to operate reliably with only a small 1 μF ceramic capacitor, which provides good transient performance in a very small board area.

The ADP130 offers 31 fixed output voltage options:

0.80 V～2.00 V，步进50 mV
1.875 V，2.25 V，2.50 V，2.775 V，2.80 V，以及3.0 V

The ADP130 has an internal soft-start time of 200 μs (typical). Short-circuit protection and overheat protection circuits prevent damage to the device under adverse conditions. The ADP130 is available in a 5-pin miniature TSOT package to meet the needs of a wide range of portable power applications.
