The ADP1606/ADP1607 is a high-efficiency, synchronous, fixed-frequency, step-up DC-DC switching converter capable of providing a fixed output voltage option of 1.8 V and an adjustable output voltage option of 1.8 V to 3.3 V for portable applications.
The 2 MHz operating frequency supports the use of small, low-profile external components. In addition, synchronous rectification, internal compensation, internal fixed current limiting, and current-mode architectures ensure excellent transient response and minimal external device count.
Other key features include fixed PWM and light-load PFM mode options, true output isolation, thermal shutdown (TSD), and logic control enablement. The ADP1606/ADP1607 are available in a lead-free, low-profile, 6-pin LFCSP package for energy efficiency in portable devices.
