  • Product Details:

    ADP1710/ADP1711均为Low dropout linear regulator，采用2.5 V至5.5 V电源供电，最大输出电流为150 mA。这些器件采用新颖的缩放架构，驱动100 μA负载时所汲取的地电流非常低(40 μA)，因而是电池供电便携式设备的理想选择。

    Both ADP1710 and ADP1711 are available in 16 fixed output voltage options. ADP1710 also offers adjustable models that allow the output voltage to be adjusted from 0.8 V to 5 V via an external voltage divider. ADP1711 can be connected to a reference bypass capacitor to reduce output voltage noise and improve power supply rejection.

    The ADP1710/ADP1711 is optimized to utilize a small 1 μF ceramic output capacitor for stable operation while providing good transient performance while taking up minimal board space. The enable pin controls the output voltage of both devices. It also has an undervoltage lockout circuit; If the input drops below the minimum threshold, the latching circuit will disable the regulator.

    The typical start-up time for internal soft-start is 80 μs. Short-circuit protection and thermal overload protection circuitry prevent damage to the device under adverse conditions. Both the ADP1710 and ADP1711 are available in a small 5-pin TSOT package, making them the industry's smallest solution for power applications.
