  • Product Details:

    ADP1712/ADP1713/ADP1714均为Low dropout linear regulator，提供5引脚小型TSOT封装，采用2.5 V至5.5 V电源供电，最大输出电流为300 mA。驱动300 mA负载时压差仅为170 mV；低压差特性不仅改善了效率，而且能使器件在很宽的输入电压范围内工作。这些器件采用新颖的缩放架构，驱动100 μA负载时地电流非常低(75 μA)，因而是电池供电便携式设备的理想选择。

    ADP1712/ADP1713/ADP1714 all offer 16 fixed output voltage options. ADP1712 also offers adjustable models that allow the output voltage to be adjusted from 0.8 V to 5 V via an external voltage divider. ADP1712 fixed model can be connected to an external capacitor to program the soft-start time. ADP1713 can be connected to a reference bypass capacitor to reduce output voltage noise and improve power supply rejection. ADP1714 have tracking characteristics that allow the output to follow an external voltage rail or reference.

    ADP1712/ADP1713/ADP1714 are optimized to utilize a small 2.2 μF ceramic output capacitor for stable operation while providing good transient performance while taking up minimal board space. The enable pin controls the output voltage of all devices. If the input drops below the minimum threshold, the undervoltage lockout circuit will disable the regulator. The devices also feature short-circuit protection and thermal overload protection, which can prevent damage to the device under adverse conditions.
