  • Product Details:

    ADP1715/ADP1716均为低压差、CMOS linear regulator，采用2.5 V至5.5 V电源供电，最大输出电流为500 mA。这些器件采用先进的专有架构，提供高电源抑制特性，利用一个仅2.2 μF小型陶瓷输出电容，可实现出色的线路与负载瞬态响应性能。

    The device is available in three variants: the first with a fixed output voltage option and variable soft-start feature (ADP1715), the second with an adjustable output voltage and fixed soft-start feature (ADP1715 adjustable model), and the third with a fixed output voltage option and voltage tracking (ADP1716). The fixed output voltage option is internally set, selecting one of 16 values between 0.75 V and 3.3 V; The adjustable output voltage is set via an external voltage divider connected from OUT to the ADJ and can be set to any value from 0.8 V to 5.0 V. The variable soft-start feature utilizes an external capacitor on an SS to control the output voltage ramp. The tracking feature limits the output voltage to the voltage on the TRK pin or lower.

    The ADP1715/ADP1716 are available in an 8-pin, thermally enhanced MSOP package that is extremely compact and thermally dissipates for thin, small-form factor applications requiring up to 500 mA output current.
