  • Product Details:

    ADP170/ADP171是一款低电压输入、低静态电流和低压差(LDO)的Linear regulator，工作电压范围为1.6V至3.6V，能够提供高达300mA的输出电流。在300mA的负载时，压差仅有55mV，改善了效率，并支持宽范围的输入电压。在空载时，静态电流低至23μA，使得ADP170/ADP171成为电池供电的便携式设备的理想选择。

    The ADP170 offers 31 fixed output voltage options ranging from 0.8 V to 3.0 V. The ADP171 is an output voltage adjustable regulator that can be used to achieve any output voltage in the range of 0.8V to 3.0V by setting up an external voltage divider. The stability of the ADP170/ADP171 is specifically optimized to require only a small 1μF ceramic output capacitor. This device is particularly suitable for powering digital processors. The ADP170/ADP171 has good transient performance and takes up very little board space. The ADP170/ADP171 offer a better power rejection ratio (up to 20-40dB at 100kHz) compared to typical commercial LDOs, making them an ideal power supply choice for ADCs as well as mixed-signal processors, where engineers can use small bypass capacitors. In addition, the devices have excellent output noise performance without the need for additional bypass capacitors, further reducing the number of components on the PCB.

    The device has short-circuit protection and overheat protection circuitry inside to prevent damage under harmful conditions. The ADP170/ADP171 are available in a 5-pin TSOT package with the smallest form factor for a wide range of portable power applications.
