  • Product Details:

    ADP172是一款低电压输入、低静态电流、低压差(LDO)Linear regulator，工作电压范围为1.6 V至3.6 V，能够提供高达300 mA的输出电流。驱动300 mA负载时压差仅为50 mV，这种低压差特性不仅可提高效率，而且支持宽输入电压范围。空载时静态电流低至23 μA，使得ADP172成为电池供电便携式设备的理想选择。

    The ADP172 is available with 31 fixed output voltage options ranging from 0.8 V to 3.0 V. Stable operation is achieved with a small ceramic output capacitor of 1 μF. The ADP172 offers excellent transient response and occupies very little board space, making it ideal for powering digital processors. The ADP172 has a 20 dB to 40 dB higher power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) at 100 kHz compared to common LDO products, making it an ideal power supply for analog-to-digital conversion (ADC) mixed-signal processor systems and allowing for the use of smaller bypass capacitors. In addition, these devices have low output noise performance and eliminate the need for additional bypass capacitors, further reducing the number of printed circuit board (PCB) components.

    Short-circuit protection and thermal overload protection circuitry prevent damage to the device under adverse conditions. The ADP172 is available in a 4-pin, small 0.5 mm pitch WLCSP package, making it the industry's smallest solution for a wide range of portable power delivery applications.
