Product Details:

ADP1740/ADP1741均为CMOS、Low dropout linear regulator，采用1.6 V至3.6 V电源供电，输出电流高达2 A。对于采用2.5 V至最低1.8 V I/O轨供电、提供最低0.75 V内核电压的纳米FPGA几何结构，这些低V_IN/V_OUT LDO是理想的稳压器选择。这些器件采用先进的专有架构，提供高电源抑制、低噪声特性，仅利用一个4.7 µF小型陶瓷输出电容，便可实现出色的线路与负载瞬态响应性能。

ADP1740 7 fixed output voltage options are available. ADP1741 available in adjustable models that can adjust the output voltage from 0.75 V to 3.0 V via an external voltage divider. ADP1740/Can be connected to an external soft-start capacitor to program the start-up.

According to the power supply good indication output, the power system monitor can digitally check whether the output supply rail voltage is normal. Available in a 16-pin, 4 mm x 4 mm LFCSP package, the ADP1740/ADP1741 is extremely compact and thermally dissipates for low-profile, small-form factor applications that require a maximum output current of 2 A.
