ADP1752/ADP1753 are CMOS,Low dropout linear regulatoroperates from a 1.6 V to 3.6 V supply with up to 800 mA of output current. These low VIN/VOUT LDOs are ideal regulator geometries for nanoFPGAs operating from 2.5 V to a minimum 1.8 V I/O rail and providing a minimum core voltage of 0.75 V. These devices feature an advanced, proprietary architecture that provides high power supply rejection, low noise, and excellent line and load transient response with a small 4.7 μF ceramic output capacitor. The ADP1752 is available in seven fixed output voltage options. The ADP1753 is available in adjustable versions that regulate the output voltage from 0.75 V to 3.0 V through an external voltage divider. The ADP1752/ADP1753 can be programmed to start by connecting to an external soft-start capacitor. Based on the power good indicator output, the power system monitor can digitally check whether the output rail voltage is healthy.

Available in a 16-pin, 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP package ADP1752/ADP1753, the / is not only very compact, but also has excellent thermal performance for low-profile, small applications requiring up to 800mA output current.
