  • Product Details:

    ADP1754/ADP1755 均为CMOS、Low dropout linear regulator，采用1.6 V至3.6 V电源供电，输出电流最高达1.2 A。对于采用2.5 V至最低1.8 V I/O轨供电、提供最低0.75 V内核电压的纳米FPGA几何结构，这些低 Vin / Vout LDOs 是理想的稳压器选择。这些器件采用先进的专有架构，提供高电源抑制、低噪声特性，利用一个4.7 μF小型陶瓷输出电容，便可实现出色的线路与负载瞬态响应性能。 ADP1754 提供7种固定输出电压选项。ADP1755提供可调型号产品，可通过外部分压器在0.75 V至3.0 V范围内调节输出电压。ADP1754/ADP1755 可以连接外部软启动电容，对启动进行编程设置。根据电源正常指示输出，电源系统监控器可以通过数字方式检查输出供电轨电压的状态是否正常。

    Available in 16-pin, 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP packages, the ADP1754/ADP1755 is extremely compact and thermally dissipates for low-profile, small-form factor applications requiring a maximum output current of 1.2 A.
