  • Product details

    The ADP1754/ADP1755 are CMOS,Low dropout linear regulatoroperates from a 1.6 V to 3.6 V supply with up to 1.2 A of output current. These low V are available for nanoFPGA geometries that operate from 2.5 V to a minimum 1.8 V I/O rail and provide a minimum core voltage of 0.75 Vin / Vout LDOs are the ideal regulator choice. These devices feature an advanced, proprietary architecture that provides high power supply rejection, low noise, and excellent line and load transient response with a small 4.7 μF ceramic output capacitor. ADP1754 Seven fixed output voltage options are available. The ADP1755 is available in adjustable versions that regulate the output voltage from 0.75 V to 3.0 V through an external voltage divider. The ADP1754/ADP1755 can be programmed to set startup by connecting to an external soft-start capacitor. Based on the power good indication output, the power system monitor can digitally check whether the status of the output rail voltage is normal.

    Available in a 16-lead, 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP package, the ADP1754/ADP1755 offer excellent thermal performance for low-profile, small form factor applications requiring maximum output current of 1.2 A.
