    ADP223/ADP225 Both are 300 mA adjustable dual outputsVoltage regulator,ADP222/ADP224 Fixed dual output voltage regulators combine high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), low noise, low quiescent current, and low dropout voltage, making them ideal for wireless applications where performance and board space are critical.

    The low quiescent current, low dropout, and wide input voltage range of the ADP222/ADP223/ADP224/ADP225 extend battery life in portable devices.

    Operating at frequencies up to 100 kHz, these devices maintain power supply rejection above 60 dB with low voltage headroom required. The ADP222/ADP223/ADP224/ADP225 are much less noisy than competitive LDO products and do not require noise bypass capacitors. These devices also provide overcurrent and thermal protection circuitry to prevent damage under adverse conditions.

    The ADP224 and ADP225 are approximately identical to the ADP222 and ADP223, respectively, except that the ADP224 and ADP225 have added fast output discharge (QOD) characteristics.

    The ADP222/ADP223/ADP224/ADP225 are available in 8-lead, 2 mm × 2 mm, small LFCSP packages that are stable with a small 1 μF, ±30% ceramic output capacitor, thus meeting a wide range of portable power supplies with minimal board space.
