    ADP223/ADP225 均为300 mA可调双路输出Voltage regulator，ADP222/ADP224 则是固定双路输出电压调节器，这些器件集高电源抑制比(PSRR)、低噪声、低静态电流和低压差于一体，非常适合对性能和电路板空间要求严苛的无线应用。

    ADP222/ADP223/ADP224/ADP225 的低静态电流、低压差和宽输入电压范围可延长便携式设备的电池使用时间。

    在工作频率高达100 kHz时，这些器件能保持60 dB以上的电源抑制性能，而所需的电压裕量则很低。与LDO竞争产品相比，ADP222/ADP223/ADP224/ADP225的噪声低得多，而且不需要噪声旁路电容。这些器件还提供过流和热保护电路，防止器件在不利条件下受损。

    ADP224和ADP225分别与ADP222和ADP223大致相同，不同之处是ADP224和ADP225增加了快速输出放电(QOD)特性。

    ADP222/ADP223/ADP224/ADP225提供8引脚、2 mm × 2 mm、小型LFCSP封装，利用小型1 µF、±30%陶瓷输出电容便可稳定工作，因此能以最小的电路板空间满足各种便携式电源需求。
