The ADP2302/ADP2303 are fixed frequency, current mode control,Step-down DC-DC regulator, integrated power MOSFETs operating from 3.0 V to 20 V input voltages for a variety of applications. The adjustable version can output down to 0.8 V, while the fixed output version offers preset output voltage options: 5.0 V, 3.3 V, and 2.5 V. The 700 kHz operating frequency allows the use of small inductors and ceramic capacitors, providing a compact solution. Current mode control provides fast, stable line and load transient response. The ADP2302/ADP2303 have an integrated soft-start circuit that prevents large inrush currents from affecting the device at power-up. A power good signal can be used to control the power-up sequencing of devices with enable inputs. These devices have a precision enable pin threshold voltage, making it easy to control the timing of these devices with other input/output sources. Other important features include undervoltage lockout (UVLO), overvoltage protection (OVP), thermal shutdown (TSD), and overcurrent protection (OCP).

The ADP2302/ADP2303 are available in an 8-lead SOIC package with a bottom pad and are specified over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
