The ADP2323 is a high performance, dual,Step-down DC-DC regulator, using a current-mode architecture. The ADP2323 integrates two high-side power MOSFET switches and two low-side drivers to control external N-channel MOSFETs. Two pulse-width modulation (PWM) channels provide either dual 3A outputs or 6A single interleaved outputs. Supports an input supply voltage range of 4.5V to 20V and output voltages as low as 0.6V.

The switching frequency can be set from 250 kHz to 1.2 MHz or synchronized to an external clock to minimize interference in multirail applications. PWM dual 180° out-of-phase operation reduces input ripple current and input capacitor size.

The bidirectional synchronization pins can be configured for 60°, 90°, or 120° phase shift, offering the possibility of stacked multiphase power solutions.

The ADP2323 operates in pulse-frequency modulation (PFM) mode or in forced PWM mode in noise-sensitive applications for higher efficiency at light loads. External compensation and soft-start provide design flexibility. Independent enable inputs and power good outputs provide reliable power sequencing. To improve system reliability, the device also includes features such as undervoltage lockout (UVLO), overvoltage protection (OVP), overcurrent protection (OCP), and thermal shutdown (TSD).

The ADP2323 operates over the junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and is available in a 32-lead LFCSP_WQ package.
