Product details

ADP2442是恒定频率、采用电流模式控制的同步降压dc-dc稳压器,可驱动最高1 A的负载,并具有出色的线路和负载调节特性。它可在宽输入电压范围内(4.5 V至36 V)工作,是调整多种类型输入源功率的理想选择。另外,它还具有非常低的最短导通时间(50 ns),因此适合那些需要非常高降压比的应用。

输出电压可在0.6 V至0.9 × VIN之间调节。该器件同时针对高端和低端设备集成低电阻N沟道MOSFET,可实现高效率。

开关频率可用外部电阻在300 kHz至1 MHz范围内调节。另外,ADP2442还有一个精确的电源良好(PGOOD)开漏输出信号。

它提供灵活的外部时钟同步功能。开关频率可同步至施加于SYNC/MODE引脚上的外部时钟。ADP2442还可配置为工作在强制固定频率模式,以便降低EMI;或工作在节能模式,以便降低轻载时的开关损耗。

ADP2442使用打嗝模式保护IC不受短路或输出端过流情况影响。内部软启动可限制多种负载电容启动时的浪涌电流。其它重要特性包括输入欠压闭锁(UVLO)、热关断(TSD)和精密使能(EN),亦可用于逻辑电平关断输入。

ADP2442采用3 mm × 3 mm、12引脚LFCSP封装,额定工作温度范围为−40°C至+125°C结温范围。
