ADP323 It is a 200 mA triple output LDO that combines high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), low noise, low quiescent current, and low dropout voltage to extend battery life in portable devices and is ideal for wireless applications where performance and board space are critical.
At frequencies up to 100 kHz, the ADP322/ADP323 maintain power supply rejection above 60 dB with low voltage headroom required. Compared to LDO competitors, the ADP322/ADP323 have much lower noise and do not require noise bypass capacitors.
The ADP322/ADP323 are available in small 16-lead 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP packages that are stable with a small 1 μF ±30% ceramic output capacitor, thus meeting a wide range of portable power supplies with minimal board area.
The ADP322 offers a variety of output voltage combinations from 0.8 V to 3.3 V and provides overcurrent and thermal protection against damage under adverse conditions. APDP323 is an adjustable triple LDO; With two resistors per output, the output voltage can be configured to any value from 0.5 V to 5 V.
