At frequencies up to 100 kHz, the ADP322/ADP323 can maintain supply rejection performance of more than 60 dB with a low voltage margin required. The ADP322/ADP323 has much lower noise than LDO competitors and does not require noise bypass capacitors.
The ADP322/ADP323 are available in 16-pin 3 mm × 3 mm small LFCSP packages that operate reliably with a small 1 μF ±30% ceramic output capacitor to meet a wide range of portable power supply needs with minimal board footprint.
The ADP322 is available in a variety of output voltage combinations from 0.8 V to 3.3 V and provides overcurrent and thermal protection against device damage under adverse conditions. APDP323 is an adjustable three-channel LDO; With two resistors per output, the output voltage can be configured to any value in the range of 0.5 V to 5 V.
