  • Product Details:

    ADP3309属于ADP330x系列精密低压差anyCAP regulator 。 它与National公司的LP2981引脚兼容、功能兼容 ， 但其性能优于后者。ADP3309采用新颖的架构和改良的工艺，与传统LDO相比性能更出色。它采用专利设计，仅需一个0.47 µF输出电容便可保持稳定。这款器件使用任何类型的电容均可稳定工作，与电容的等效串联电阻(ESR)值无关，包括适合空间受限应用的陶瓷型电容。ADP3309在室温条件下可达到±1.2%的精度，温度、线路和负载调节的整体精度为±2.2%。100 mA时，其压差仅120 mV（典型值）。该器件还具有限电流和关断特性。在关断模式下，地电流降至约1 µA。

    ADP3309 has a wide input voltage range (2.8 V to 12 V) and provides load currents above 100 mA. ADP3309 anyCAP LDO has a wide output voltage range.
