  • Product Details:

    ADP3331属于ADP330x系列精密低压差anyCAP™Voltage regulator，输入电压范围为2.9 V至12 V，最大负载电流为200 mA。该器件采用新颖的架构和改良的工艺，比传统LDO性能更出色，比竞争产品更具性能优势，输出电流也更高。它采用专利设计，仅需一个0.47 µF输出电容便可保持稳定。这款器件对输出电容的等效串联电阻(ESR)不敏感，使用任何优质电容均可稳定工作，包括适合空间受限应用的陶瓷( MLCC) type capacitors. ADP3331 achieve excellent accuracy of ±0.7% at room temperature and an overall accuracy of ±1.4% for temperature, line, and load changes. At 200 mA, the differential pressure is only 140 mV (typical). The device also features safety current limiting, thermal overload protection, and shutdown. In shutdown mode, ground current drops below 2 μA. At small loads, ADP3331 has an ultra-low quiescent current of 34 μA (typical). The device is available in a SOT-23-6 package and utilizes Analog Devices' proprietary Chip-on-Lead™ technology for thermal enhancement for optimal thermal performance.
