ADP3367It's a one
Low dropout precision regulator, which can provide up to 300 mA of output current. It can be used to provide a fixed +5 V output without additional external components; When two external resistors are used, they can be used to provide an adjustable output from +1.3 V to +16 V. Fixed or adjustable operating modes can be selected via SET input. The device's quiescent current is as low as 17 μA and it has a standby or shutdown mode (0.2 μA), making it ideal for battery-powered systems. The dropout voltage of only 15 mV from 100 μA allows the device to operate with very little headroom, extending battery life. At higher output currents, the dropout voltage remains low, increasing to only 150 mV at 200 mA. The input voltage range is wide from 2.5 V to 16.5 V. Other features include a dropout voltage detector and a low supply voltage/battery level monitoring comparator. When voltage regulation fails, a dropout detector can be used to signal the relevant information, while a low battery detector can be used to monitor the input supply voltage.
The ADP3367 is a pin-compatible replacement for the MAX667, which offers significant performance improvements, including lower supply current, higher voltage accuracy, and better line and load regulation. Advanced voltage clamp structure increases ESD protection (greater than 6000 V). The ADP3367 is specified over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is available in a narrow body surface mount (SOIC) package.
