ADP3367 is a pin-compatible replacement for the MAX667 that offers significant performance improvements over the latter, including lower supply current, higher voltage accuracy, and better line-to-load regulation. The advanced voltage clamping structure increases the level of ESD protection (>6000 V). The ADP3367 is rated for an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is available in a narrow surface mount (SOIC) package.
