Product Details:

ADP667是一款Low dropout precision regulator，可以提供最大250 mA的输出电流。无附加外部元件时，它可以用来提供一个+5 V固定输出；使用两个外部电阻时，可用来提供+1.3 V至+16 V范围内的可调输出。固定或可调工作模式通过SET输入自动选择。该器件的静态电流低至20 µA，并且具有待机或关断模式(0.2 µA)，因而特别适合电池供电系统。100 µA电流时，压差仅为5 mV，因此该器件能以极小的动态余量工作，并延长电池的使用寿命。输出电流更高时，压差仍然很低， 200 mA电流时压差仅增大至150 mV。输入电压范围很宽，为3.5 V至16.5 V。

Other features include a dropout pressure detector and a low supply voltage/battery level monitoring comparator. When voltage regulation fails, a dropout pressure detector can be used to signal the relevant signal, while a low battery level detector can be used to monitor the input supply voltage.

The ADP667 is a pin-compatible replacement for the MAX667 and is rated for the -40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range and is available in 8-pin DIP and narrow-body surface mount (SOIC) packages.
