Utilizing external buffers and a simple resistor network, the TEMP pin can be used for temperature detection and estimation. The devices also offer TRIM pins for precise adjustment of the output voltage.
The ADR01, ADR02, ADR03, and ADR06 are compact, low-drift references that provide extremely stable output voltages over a wide operating voltage range. The devices are available in 5-pin SC70 and TSOT packages, and Class A, Class B, and Class C products are also available in 8-pin SOIC packages. All devices are rated for an extended industrial temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.

The ADR01/ADR02/ADR03 SOIC packages are pin-compatible with the REF01/REF02/REF03 8-pin SOIC packages, respectively, and also provide temperature monitoring functions.
