ADR130It is the industry's first small, micropower, low voltage, high accuracyVoltage referenceProducts. The initial accuracy is 0.35%, the temperature drift is 25 ppm/°C, and the typical operating current is only 80 μA in a small TSOT-23 package. The ADR130 uses a patented temperature drift curvature correction technique to minimize nonlinearity of the output voltage vs. temperature characteristic curve.

The ADR130 operates over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C and is available in a small TSOT-23 package.

For a 0.5 V output, connect SET (pin 5) to VOUT (pin 4). For a 1.0 V output, connect SET (pin 5) to GND (pin 2).
