Product Details:

ADR130是业界首个小型、微功耗、低压、高精度Voltage reference系列产品。 初始精度为0.35%，温度漂移为25 ppm/°C，采用小型TSOT-23封装，典型工作电流仅为80 μA。 ADR130采用温度漂移曲率校正专利设计技术，可以将输出电压与温度特性关系曲线的非线性度降至最小。

The ADR130 has an extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C and is available in a small TSOT-23 package.

For a 0.5 V output, connect SET (pin 5) to VOUT (pin 4). For a 1.0 V output, connect the SET (pin 5) to the GND (pin 2).
