ADR225It is a precision 2.5 V bandgap
Voltage reference, rated operating temperatures up to 175°C and 210°C. It uses a micropower core topology and laser trims the high-stability thin-film resistors to achieve a temperature coefficient of 30 ppm/°C (max) (up to 175°C) with an initial accuracy of 0.4% (±10 mV maximum). The maximum operating current of 50 μA and low dropout make the device ideal for battery-powered equipment.
The ADR225 reference is available in an 8-lead SOIC package and is specified over the −40°C to +175°C temperature range.
It is also available in an 8-pin ceramic flat pack (FLATPACK) and is specified for operation over the -40°C to +210°C temperature range. Both devices are designed for extreme temperature stability and can operate for 1000 hours at maximum temperature ratings.
The ADR225 is part of Analog Devices' expanding portfolio of high temperature qualifications. For a complete selection table of available high temperature products, please refer to the high temperature product list and certification data on the following website.apply
