Product Details:

ADR225是一款精密2.5 V带隙Voltage reference，额定工作温度高达175°C和210°C。它采用微功耗内核拓扑结构，并对高稳定性薄膜电阻进行激光调整，从而实现30 ppm/°C（最大值）的温度系数（最高175°C），初始精度为0.4%（±10 mV最大值）。50 μA的最大工作电流和低压差使该器件最适合电池供电设备。

The ADR225 voltage reference is available in an 8-pin SOIC package and is rated for an operating temperature range of −40°C to +175°C.

It is also available in an 8-pin ceramic flat package (FLATPACK) with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +210°C. Both devices are designed for stability in extreme temperatures and can operate for up to 1,000 hours at maximum temperature ratings.
