The ADR34xx series devices are low-cost, low-power, high-precision voltage references with ± 0.1% initial accuracy, low operating current, and low output noise in a small SOT23 package.
To achieve high accuracy, the output voltage and temperature coefficient are digitally adjusted using Analog Devices' proprietary Digi-Trim technology during the final assembly phase. Low output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift further improve the stability and reliability of these devices.
In addition, the low operating current (up to 100 μA) makes the device suitable for use in low-power devices, and its low output noise characteristics help maintain signal integrity in critical signal processing systems.
The ADR34xx family of reference sources offers a wide output voltage range, and all devices are rated for an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
