Product details

ADR3525W, ADR3530W, ADR3533W, ADR3540W, and ADR3550W are low cost, low power, high accuracy CMOSVoltage referencewith a temperature coefficient of 5 ppm/°C (Class B) or 8 ppm/°C (Class A) maximum, low operating current, and low output noise in an 8-pin MSOP package. To achieve high accuracy, the output voltage and temperature coefficient are digitally adjusted using Analog Devices' patented DigiTrim® technology during the final assembly phase.

Low output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift improve the accuracy of the system over its lifetime.

These CMOS references are available in five output voltages, all specified over the automotive temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
