  • Product Details:

    The ADR391/ADR392/ADR395 are 2.5 V\4.096 V and 5 V precision bandgap references with low power consumption, high accuracy, and small form factor, respectively. These voltage references utilize Analog Devices, Inc.'s (ADI) patented temperature drift curvature correction technology to achieve a low temperature drift of 9 ppm/°C in a TSOT package.

    The ADR39x series is a low-power, low-dropout reference that provides a stable output voltage using a power supply that is only 300 mV higher than the output voltage. The advanced design eliminates the need for external capacitors, further saving board space and reducing costs. The ADR39x series of precision reference sources feature low power consumption, small size, and ease of use, making them ideal for battery-powered applications.
