The ADR44x series is an XFET® series reference with ultra-low noise, high accuracy, and low temperature drift. Thanks to Analog Devices' patented temperature drift curve correction and XFET (Applied Ion Implantation FET) technology, the voltage nonlinearity of the ADR44x with temperature is greatly reduced.
XFET references have better noise performance than embedded Zener references and require a smaller supply voltage margin (0.5 V). These features combine to make the ADR44x series ideal for precision signal conversion in high-end data acquisition systems, optical networks, and medical applications.
The ADR44x series has a source current output of up to 10 mA and a maximum current draw capability of −5 mA. It also has an adjustment pin that can adjust the output voltage in the 0.5% range without compromising performance.
The ADR44x series is available in two electrical grades and is available in 8-pin MSOP and narrow-body SOIC packages. All models are rated for an extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
