This series of voltage references uses a new core topology to improve accuracy while providing industry-leading temperature stability and noise performance. Low thermally induced output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift also improve system accuracy over lifetime and temperature ranges.

A maximum operating current of 950 μA and a low dropout of 300 mV (maximum) make the device suitable for use in portable devices.

The ADR45xx series of reference sources offer a wide output voltage range and are available in an SOIC package with a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C for extended industrial temperature ranges.
