  • Product Details:

    ADR510是一款低电压(1.000 V)、精密、分流模式Voltage reference，针对空间受限的应用而设计，采用超紧凑(3 mm × 3 mm) SOT-23-3封装。它具有低温度漂移(70 ppm/°C)、高精度(±0.35%)和超低噪声（4 μV峰峰值）性能。

    The ADR510 features an advanced design that eliminates the need for external capacitors and is stable using any capacitive load. The operating current range is 100 μA to 10 mA. The low operating current characteristics and ease of use of this voltage reference make it ideal for handheld battery-powered applications.

    The ADR510 also provides a TRIM pin that adjusts the output voltage within a range of ±0.5% without affecting the device's temperature coefficient. With this feature, users have the flexibility to eliminate any system errors.
