Product Details:

ADR821/ADR827集精密基准电压源与运算放大器于一体，采用10引脚超小型封装(MSOP)。基准电压源和Operational amplifiers均可以独立工作，用户可以灵活地组合配置。总工作电流小于400 µA，基准电压源的温度系数为15 ppm/°C，因此ADR82x非常适合要求高精度、低功耗的应用。

The ADR82x is available in two voltage references, 1.25 V and 2.5 V, in two grades. The Class A reference provides temperature drift performance of 30 ppm/°C with an initial accuracy of ±0.4%. Class B references have higher temperature drift performance (15 ppm/°C) and an initial accuracy of ±0.2%. All models have an operating temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
