Operational amplifiersAll can work independently, and users can flexibly combine configurations. With less than 400 μA total operating current and a temperature coefficient of 15 ppm/°C for the reference, the ADR82x is ideal for applications requiring high accuracy and low power.
The ADR82x is available in 1.25 V and 2.5 V references, in two grades. The Class A reference provides 30 ppm/°C temperature drift performance with an initial accuracy of ±0.4%. The Class B reference has improved temperature drift performance (15 ppm/°C) with an initial accuracy of ±0.2%. All models have an operating temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
