The AD7866IDBVT 1.6 V micropower 12-bit ADCs The AD7466/AD7467/AD7468 are 12/10/8-bit high speed, low power successive approximation modulos, respectivelyconverter(ADC) operating from a single 1.6V to 3.6V supply with low power consumption and throughput up to 200 kSPS. The device contains a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies above 3 MHz.

The conversion process and the data acquisition process pass.CSand the serial clock to create the conditions for the device to interface with a microprocessor or DSP. The input signal is in.CSis sampled on the falling edge, and the transformation starts here at the same time. There is no pipeline delay.

The reference voltage is from VDD This provides the ADC with the widest dynamic input range and, therefore, its analog input range is 0 to VDD 。 The slew rate depends on the SCLK.
