The ADSP-21992 further extends the performance of the ADSP-2199x mixed-signal DSP product family, offering 32K words of program memory and 16K words of data memory RAM. In addition, the ADSP-21992 provides an on-chip CAN communication port with full CAN 2.0B support, built-in configurable mailboxes, and a single acceptance filter. The integrated CAN interface enables a single-chip solution that integrates embedded control and signal processing and fieldbus communication interfaces.
