ADSP-TS202S is a member of the TigerSHARC processor family. Targeted at a wide range of signal processing applications that rely on multiple processors to collaborate on compute-intensive, real-time functions, ADI's TigerSHARC processors are ideal for the video and communications markets, as well as defense, medical imaging, industrial instrumentation, and more. The ADSP-TS202S features a static superscalar architecture that integrates RISC, VLIW, and standard DSP functions. Built-in support for fixed-point and floating-point data types, coupled with leading multi-processing capabilities, brings unmatched DSP performance to TigerSHARC processors. The ADSP-TS202S has a clock rate of 500 MHz and has the industry's highest 16-bit fixed-point and 32-bit floating-point performance. The ADSP-TS202S has a 32-bit 1024-point composite FFT time of 20.2 ms and a performance of 1500 MFLOPs per watt.
