ADUC7128BCPZ126 Precision analog microcontrollers ARM7TDMI® MCUs with built-in 12-bit ADCs and DDS DACs

The ADuC7128/ADuC7129 are fully integrated 1 MSPS, 12-bit data acquisition systems that integrate a high-performance multi-channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC), DDS with built-in line drivers, 16/32-bit MCUs, and Flash/EE memory on a single chip.

The ADC has up to 14 single-ended inputs. The ADC can operate in single-ended mode or differential input mode, and the ADC input voltage range from 0 to VREF. A low-drift bandgap reference source, temperature sensor, and voltage comparator complete the ADC's peripheral setup.

The ADuC7128/ADuC7129 integrate a differential line driver output. This line driver sends a sine wave, the value of which is calculated by the on-chip DDS or the voltage output determined by the DACDAT MMR. //www.chip100.com/
