The ADuC847/ADuC848 MicroConverter fully integrates a 24/16-bit multi-channel sigma-delta type ADC and Flash microcontroller on a single chip. These devices are optimized for industrial control, smart sensors, load cells, and instrumentation applications that require precise acquisition of multiple (up to 10) channels.
The ADuC847/ADuC848 are available in 52-pin PQFP or 56-pin CSP packages and operate from a 3 V or 5 V supply and are rated for temperatures up to 125ºC (CSP 85ºC only). As with all of Analog Devices' MicroConverter products, these devices are supported by the QuickStart and QuickStart-Plus family of development tools.
