Product Details:

ADuM1420是一款采用ADI公司iCoupler®技术的四通道隔离门极drive，可提供独立和隔离的高端及低端输出。

Compared to gate drivers that use a high-voltage level-shifting approach, the ADuM1420 provides true galvanic isolation between the input and either output of the four outputs. The voltage difference between the operating voltage of each output is as high as ±700 V (peak) relative to the operating voltage at the input end, so the low end can operate in a negative voltage state. The differential voltage of any two outputs can be up to 700V (peak).
