The ADuM1441 is a micropower with default high output and 3/1 channel directivity,Quad digital isolator, which is based on Analog DevicesiCoupler® technology. (Dual-channel products available). These isolation devices combine high-speed complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) with monolithic air-core transformer technology to provide excellent performance characteristics that outperform optocouplers and other integrated couplers while consuming the lowest power of all existing isolation products. ENXThe signal can be used to disable internal flush, reducing the total quiescent current to less than 1 μA.
ADuM1440/ADuM1441/ADuM1442/ADuM1445/ ADuM1446/ADuM1447 family quad 2.5 kVDigital IsolatorsThey are available in small 16-pin QSOP and 20-pin SSOP packages. Compared to the ADuM1440/ADuM1441/ADuM1442/ADuM1445/ADuM1446/ADuM1447 that save almost 70% board space in most quad-lead SOIC wide-body packages, the ADuM1446/ADuM1447 still tolerate high isolation voltages and comply with regulatory requirements such as UL and CSA standards (pending). In addition to saving space, the ADuM1440/ADuM1441/ADuM1442/ADuM1445/ ADuM1446/ADuM1447 can operate from supplies as low as 2.25 V.
In addition to low power, all ADuM1440/ADuM1441/ADuM1442/ADuM1445/ADuM1446/ADuM1447 models have very low pulse width distortion (less than 8 ns). In addition, each model provides an input glitch filter to protect against extraneous noise.
