The ADuM2400/ADuM2401/ADuM2402 are quad digital isolators using Analog Devices' iCoupler® technology. These isolation devices combine high-speed CMOS with monolithic air-core transformer technology to provide superior performance characteristics over alternative devices such as optocouplers.
The ADuM2400/ADuM2401/ADuM2402 isolators provide four independent isolation channels that support multiple channel configurations and data rates (refer to the Ordering Guide). All models operate from supply voltages from 2.7 V to 5.5 V, are compatible with low-voltage systems, and are capable of voltage conversion across the isolation barrier. In addition, the ADuM2400/ADuM2401/ADuM2402 feature low pulse width distortion (less than 2 ns in the CRWZ level) and tight channel-to-channel matching (less than 2 ns in the CRWZ level). The ADuM2400/ADuM2401/ADuM2402 isolators feature a patented refresh feature that ensures dc correctness in the absence of input logic transitions and power-up/shutdown conditions.
