  • Product Details:

    ADuM3224/ADuM4224 是4 A isolated half-bridge gate driver，采用ADI公司的iCoupler®技术，提供独立且隔离的高端和低端输出。ADuM3224能够提供3000 V rms隔离，采用窄体16引脚SOIC封装，ADuM4224则提供5000 V rms隔离，采用宽体16引脚SOIC封装。 这些隔离器件将高速CMOS与单芯片变压器技术融为一体，具有优于脉冲变压器和栅极驱动器组合等替代器件的出色性能特征。

    Both the ADuM3224 and ADuM4224 isolators provide two independent isolation channels. These devices operate from a 3.0 V to 5.5 V supply voltage and are compatible with low-voltage systems. Compared to gate drivers using a high-voltage level-shifting method, the ADuM3224/ADuM4224 have the advantage of true current isolation between the inputs and outputs. The continuous operating voltage of each output is up to 560 VPEAK relative to the input, allowing low-end to negative voltage switching. The differential voltage between the high end and the low end can reach up to 800 VPEAK.

    As a result, the ADuM3224/ADuM4224 can reliably control the switching characteristics of IGBT/MOSFET configurations over a wide range of positive or negative switching voltages.
