The ADuM5401/ADuM5402/ADuM5403/ADuM5404 are quad digital isolators and are integrated.isoPower® isolated DC/DC converter. This dc-to-dc converter is based on Analog DevicesiCoupler® technology provides up to 500 mW of regulated isolated power from 5.0 V (5.0V input supply) or 3.3 V (3.3V supply). In low-power isolated designs, there is no need for a separate isolated dc-to-dc converter. exploitiCoupler's chip-scale transformer technology provides a small, fully isolated solution by isolating both logic signals and the magnetics of DC/DC converters.
The ADuM5401/ADuM5402/ADuM5403/ADuM5404 isolators provide four independent isolation channels supporting multiple channel configurations and data rates (see the Ordering Guide for more information).
.isoPower uses high-frequency switching elements to transmit power through its transformers. Special care should be taken when designing printed circuit board (PCB) layouts that must comply with relevant radiation standards.
