Product Details:

ADuM6132是一款隔离式半桥栅极drive，采用ADI公司iCoupler®技术，提供集成275 mW高端电源的隔离式高端驱动器。该电源由内部隔离式DC/DC转换器提供，不仅可向ADuM6132高端输出供电，而且还可以向与ADuM6132搭配使用的任何常用外部缓冲器电路供电。这项功能消除了与自举电路等外部电源配置相关的成本、空间和性能问题。
The ADuM6132's architecture isolates high-end channels and high-end power from control and low-end interface circuitry. Care has been taken to ensure that the timing characteristics of the high-end and low-end drives are closely matched, thereby reducing dead headroom requirements.

The ADuM6132 offers true galvanic isolation compared to gate drivers that employ a high-voltage level-shifting approach. The differential voltage between the high-end and low-end channels is up to 800 V and has good isolation life (see Table 12).
