The ADuM7223 provides two independent isolated channels. The ADuM7223 operates from a 3.0 V to 5.5 V supply voltage and is compatible with low-voltage systems. The output voltage is available in a wide range of 4.5 V to 18 V and is available in three output voltage versions. The 5 x 5 mm, LGA package offers 2500 V DC PEAK operating voltages (input-to-output and output-to-output).
These gate drivers have true galvanic isolation between the inputs and outputs compared to gate drivers that employ a high-voltage level-shifting approach. As a result, these gate drivers can reliably control the switching characteristics of IGBT/MOSFET configurations over a wide range of positive or negative switching voltages.
