ADV3228 750 MHz, 8 × 8 analog crossover switch

The ADV3228/ADV3229 are high-speed 8×8 analog cross-point switching matrices with a −3 dB large signal bandwidth of 750 MHz (ADV3228) and a slew rate of 2500 V/μs.

ADV3228/ADV3229 has 8 independent output buffers that can be placed in a high-impedance state to enable parallel connection of crosspoint outputs, preventing the shutdown channel from supplying load to the output bus. The ADV3228 has a gain of +1 and the ADV3229 has a gain of +2, and both devices are powered from a ±5 V supply. Channel switching is achieved via a serial digital control interface (which allows multiple devices to be daisy-chained) or a parallel control interface; The outputs can be updated independently without reprogramming the entire array.

The ADV3228/ADV3229 is available in a 72-pin LFCSP package and is rated for an industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
